1. Current providers

These providers process personal data on Listenly's behalf, only to provide the service and under data processing agreements that require them to protect it, not to use it for other purposes (including training models) and to delete it when it is no longer needed.

3. Transfers outside Chile

When a provider is outside Chile, the transfer is based on its data processing agreement: contractual clauses that require it to provide an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Law 21.719 (Chile). More in the Privacy Policy.

4. Changes and notices

Before adding or replacing a subprocessor we will update this page and give at least 30 days' notice to customers with a Data Processing Agreement, who may object on reasonable grounds. To receive the notices or ask questions, write to [email protected].

New accounts get Pro free for 3 months, no card required; then the Free plan (3 hours of listening a month) or the Pro and Max plans. Available for Mac (macOS 13 or later); Windows coming soon.
